Dr. Gabriel K. Armah
Dr. Gabriel K. Armah (Ph.D.) is a senior lecturer and the Head of the Department of Business Computing, School of Computing and Information Sciences.
He obtained his B.Sc. degree (Hons.) in Computer Science from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, Ghana, Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Ghana, Accra, Ghana, and the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Technology from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
He was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the School of Information and Software Engineering; University of Electronic Science He conducted and supervised various research work in the field of Machine learning, Artificial intelligence, IT strategic Management, Software Engineering, MIS, Electronic Commerce, and Mobile applications among others.
He is in the process of co-supervising three (3) Postgraduate Diploma students and several bachelor degree students.
Dr. Armah has over fifteen (15) publications in peer review journals and conference proceedings, most of which are indexed by high ranking journals.
He has served as an internal and external examiner and reviewer to institutions and journals, respectively. His current research interests include machine learning, Artificial Intelligence, Customer Relations Management, and Strategic Management. He is a paid-up member of the International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology (IACSIT).
